Product Description If the product appears chunky, dried out, or not liquid, it is not defective or expired. Lumpy cream solidifies at temperatures below 77°F (25℃). To restore its creamy texture, place the bottle in boiling water at 212°F (100℃) for 15-20 minutes before use.

If the product does not work as well as expected, follow these steps: 1) Apply a hot towel on your nose for 5-10 minutes to open the pores. 2) Use a thin layer of the product during application. 3) Allow the product to dry on the skin for 10-15 minutes before slowly peeling it off.

If you find the smell unpleasant, it is due to the natural formula used to effectively remove blackheads. The scent can be offset by the use of aloe vera. Please contact us if you would like a better experience.
