Seltzer's Double Smoked Sweet Lebanon Bologna, also known as the "candy" of Lebanon Bolognas, offers a delicious flavor that is worth the long name. Developed in honor of our 100th anniversary, this 2-pack (12 oz packs) is smoked for three days, cooled, and then smoked again for an additional half day. The heavy smoke process combines the Seltzer spice blend with brown sugar, creating a mouthwatering smoky and sweet treat for your taste buds. Originally designed to cure in a narrow cloth bag, customer demand led us to produce it in the traditional deli slicing loaf size. You can still find the traditional cloth bag at many farmers markets in Central Pennsylvania.

The Seltzer's Sweet Lebanon Bologna 2 Pack (12 oz packs) was introduced a few years after our original recipe and quickly became a favorite among kids and adults. Made with premium spices, lean beef, and white sugar cured in our wooden smokehouses for three days, our Sweet Lebanon Bologna is versatile and delicious. The Sweet variety features beef, sugar, salt, spices, paprika, lactic acid starter culture, and sodium erythorbate and sodium nitrite. Each 12 oz pack contains 14 slices of high-quality meat with a rich history from Pennsylvania Dutch Country, cured in our smokehouse using classic methods. Made with premium lean beef and the finest spices, our Sweet Lebanon Bologna is ideal for sandwiches at home or for sale at the meat counter.
